Bonnie Manpower Law

One person can dig a hole in a minute, but sixty people cannot dig a hole in a second. Cooperation is a problem, and how to cooperate is also a problem. You need to have a plan.

In ancient times, God was creating mankind. As the number of people increased, God began to worry. He was afraid that the disunity of mankind would cause chaos in the world and affect their stable lives. In order to test whether human beings have the consciousness of unity, cooperation and mutual help, God made an experiment: He divided human beings into two groups, and put a lot of delicious food in front of each group. However, Everyone was given a pair of very thin and long chopsticks, and they were asked to eat all the food on the table within the stipulated time, and no waste was allowed.

The competition began. The first group of people worked their own way. They desperately used chopsticks to pick up food and deliver it to their mouths. However, because the chopsticks were too long, they couldn't reach their mouths, and because you were vying to grab the food, the food was caused. Great waste. God shook his head, disappointed.

It was the second group's turn. When they came up, they were not in a hurry to use chopsticks to deliver food to their mouths, but they all sat in a circle together, and one person first used their chopsticks to pick up the food and send it to the seat. In the mouth of the person opposite to him, then the person sitting opposite to him takes the food with chopsticks and delivers it to his mouth. In this way, everyone ate the entire table of food within the specified time, and there was no waste at all. The second group of people not only enjoyed the delicious food, but also gained more mutual trust and goodwill.

God looked at it and nodded, feeling hope for it.

So, God put five words on the back of the first group of people, called "Benefit oneself and disadvantage others"; and on the back of the second group of people also put five words on the back, called "Benefit others and self-interest"!

An important principle explained by Bonnie's law of manpower is that synergy and cooperation generate power and achieve a win-win situation. The 21st century is an era of cooperation. Effective cooperation between people will reduce unnecessary consumption of manpower and avoid excessive internal consumption.

Internal friction within the team is a matter of constant scrutiny and chaos. In severe cases, the company is like a patient, and good medicine is difficult to cure. Some people divide the IQ of an enterprise team into three levels: internal friction between employees in the enterprise is caused by friction, and the IQ of the team is far lower than the individual IQ; collaboration between employees, with less internal friction, the team IQ is generally equal to the average individual IQ or higher On the average; all employees work together to gather everyone’s brainpower and creativity. The team’s IQ is equal to the result of the addition or multiplication of individual IQs, and forms huge creativity. In the operation of an enterprise, the management is like a symphony conductor of interpersonal interaction. A good leadership team should have a management efficiency of 1+1>2, that is, the overall function of the system is greater than the sum of its partial functions. On the contrary, if the manager is not well organized and the management efficiency is poor, the continuation will lead to the distraction of the enterprise and weaken the collective combat effectiveness.
